The staff was very nice and kind but I have to put 1 star based on our overall experience... I took my mother to get tested PCR for traveling back to Japan. Our appointment time was 4PM and we arrived there a bit earlier so she got tested around 4PM sharp. We calculated the appointment time because it's required to get tested less than 72 hours prior to the flight time to travel to Japan. The staff was very nice and it took her a min to get it done. We received the test result around 4-5PM the next day, and we got signed on the proof paper then brought it to the airport on Wed. Going straight to the point, they didn't let her fly because the "collected time" was wrong on the result paper we received. We got tested at 4pm but they put 12:51pm which I have no idea where it came from, and that was more than 72 hours prior to her flight time. She ended up paying $220 extra to get another express PCR test at the airport plus she missed the flight, then she had to reschedule the flight to the next day. We luckily could reschedule it without charging, but we've lost more than $300 for another PCR test & round trip Uber fee to the airport (More than that, we got super exhausted by the experience...she is old too). I emailed them through the website to get advice if I can get the money back (at least the test fee at the Alliance Health), but it was completely ignored. I am very disappointed by their overall service. I recommend to pay extra $100 to go to clear MD or Adams Health to get PCR test for international traveling.

Have used Alliance Health a few times and have only positive things to say. When I had a delay with my results and a confusing conversation with the Customer Service team, I was immediately put in touch with the Manager who personally sorted my questions out and was incredibly prompt and efficient.

I’ve taken tests here twice, due to the fact that other testing sites did not post results in the portal in time for international flights I needed a PCR for. The process is very quick, they kept my info in their system so my 2nd time was even faster. In my opinion, it’s worth the money/ peace of mind to book an appointment at Alliance Health, to ensure you get the results on time.
