Everyone was professional and respectful. They listened to my issues, and immediately did their best to make me feel comfortable. I feel very confident to go back to this clinic if I need to. Thanks!

PREDATORY PRICES - I see others leaving recent reviews about this as well. Went in for a visit about abdominal pain, I had set up the visit the day before so not technically walk in. Had a urine test done and spoke to someone about the pain. Was in and out in 15 mins, told me to take pepcid and to go to the hospital if still in pain in 2 days..... and they charged my insurance almost $600 for the urgent care visit. Absolutely ridiculous considering someone without insurance according to them would only pay $100 for the same service. DO NOT GO TO ANY NORTHWELL HEALTH URGENT CARE LOCATIONS especially if you have insurance. It's cheaper to just go to the ER or a regular Dr. They didn't even diagnose me properly and I was in the ER 2 days later. I've tried responding to your email below, but the email address doesn't work and bounces.
