The visit was great and we were able to do what we needed to do, which was to get a couple of vaccines. Now, you requested a bunch of information on your online forms, and we filled it out for both patients. In those forms, I wrote exactly what we needed, but I was told at the office to call to make sure. Isn’t that your job? I sent you all of the information and the very specific nature of our visit. The office should be more diligent in taking a look at that information to ensure patients get the service they need. No appointment needed and test comes back quickly. I have had 3 test and all came back within 24 to 48 hours
About three to five days, if necessary, special arrangements can be made for the laboratory to take care of shortening the time
