Is it possible to get PCR test results back in 72 hours (for travel)? I've seen it say that it take 3-5 days for results to come back. Also, do I need to make an appointment to take the PCR test?

No appointment needed and test comes back quickly. I have had 3 test and all came back within 24 to 48 hours
