Customer service at the reception is 5/10. It is located in a place where many Hispanic people arrive and they do not receive good attention. A bilingual person would be good. I called for an appointment They told me I can go Walking. I went at one o'clock when I arrived they told me that the doctor had just left for lunch to come back at two in the afternoon. I went home, I came back at two in the afternoon when I arrive at two in the afternoon they tell me that I have to come back at three in the afternoon because the doctor has just left for lunch. huh?? I had no problem canceling the appointment and going somewhere else on 82nd.

The staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and medical assistants were caring and listened to my concerns. They were quick and efficient while addressing my needs. So very happy I chose to visit Nao Medical. I would highly recommend them and I would choose them again if I needed to see a dr.

I have been there before and I I didn't have any complaints then; the staff was very helpful. I recently went back for the rapid COVID test, I didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to do the test. I find the staff very nice and willing and ables to work with you. Keep up the good job.👍

The wait time was very short. The physician was very thorough. The female staff who conducted the preliminary screening and subsequent tests was really nice. She demonstrated genuine care and was sympathetic towards my situation. Tests were conducted on site which is very convenient. The facilities are clean. No crowd.
