Very helpful to my parents today with their rapid Covid tests. My parents don't have internet or computer access, so when they let them know the circumstances they helped them get set up to be tested. Very friendly and professional.

I always have a great experience at this location. Usually it's not too crowded. The wait is usually not very long. The front desk is usually friendly, and helpful. They always pick up the phone when you call. The doctors are always friendly, and knowledgeable. This is my go to Urgent Care. Just call to make sure they take your insurance before you go.

I know this place has had issues. I went for a covid test, the doctor couldn’t have been nicer. Yes the line was long, I was there at 720 am and seen around 10am. It was because only one doctor there. The receptionist was pleasant even though people were giving her a hard time. The doctor was caring, and pleasant. My suggestion would be, they should know people want to make sure they are clear to visit family, so have an extra staff on call. I would recommend this place.

I usually don’t post reviews but never go to this stat md. I needed a physical and TB test done for a new job and I went here since my primary care dr was booked. I got my TB test done after over an hour of a wait, and they told me to come back in 2 days so they can sign my paper, all good! I come back in 2 days, waited over 3 HOURS for the dr to take 10 seconds to sign my paper. The front desk receptionist continued to tell person after person walking in that the wait would be 1 hour, meanwhile everyone sitting in the waiting room was laughing because we had been waiting for HOURS. I understand we’re in a pandemic, but at least be honest to the people waiting because we have jobs and lives to get to as well!
