I had my car in at Caliber Collision having some decal work done, in the absence of my vehicle, they provided me a rental car "all expenses paid" in the interim period that my vehicle was in their shop. I was told that I personally needed to pay a deposit that would be transferred back to my account after the rental was returned in proper condition. The rental they gave me was a Hyundai Ioniq with a foul stench of cigarettes when the A/C was on, and burn holes in the passenger seat from previous renters. I took what I could get and didn't make a huge fuss. Upon returning the vehicle in the exact condition it was left in my hands, with a full tank of gas, I was never reimbursed for the $100 deposit that was taken out of my account. Not only was the deposit not returned, but they took an additional $69 from my bank account without contacting me or informing me of what the charges were for. I have full insurance coverage, including rentals, and I was under the impression that the rental cost was completely handled by Caliber Collision. I ended up paying the collateral cost for the rental myself, and more, without any consultation as to what I was being charged for. I won't be taking anymore "freebies" from Enterprise.

The staff at the Corvallis office at 1414 NW 9th street are AWESOME !! I was in the area for work & needed a rental. Everything was handled quickly, professionally & they were so nice & friendly!! Great location!! Wish I needed another rental in this location because they were great to work with. They even called me to check-in and see if I needed anything. Wonderful customer service!! This is exactly why I only use Enterprise Rent-A-Car !!

I used Enterprise for a car while mine was being repaired. It was the agency of choice from my insurance company which scared me a bit, but I could not have been more pleased. Every time commitment was met and I was especially pleased that the rental was there for me when I dropped my car at the body shop and that I was able to leave it at the body shop when I picked up my car. I was surprised - and pleased - that I actually talked with a local person each time even though it was an 800 number. Ian provided superior customer service. They also coordinated well with the insurer and when I called to extend the rental period, they already knew and had made the arrangements. In this day of "shaky" customer service, the Corvallis Enterprise renewed my faith and good business practices and customer service,

I was purchasing a car in Corvallis and had rented a car in Salem to go there. My sales rep called Corvallis Enterprise and asked if we could return the car there instead of Salem, she was told yes. We arrived and I went in with the keys. The woman in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me for the entirety of her 5 minute phone call. Once she was off the phone, she came around the counter, asked why I was there, and after I explained we had called and I was dropping a car off I had rented in Salem, she told me I needed to pay 125.00 to drop there. I said no one told us that and I refuse to pay that, I would make other arrangements. She said you've already brought the car here and you have to pay 125.00. I said no! A man came out of a office and kindly diffused the situation. He told me the fee would be waved and I could drop it off there. Thankful for his kindness, I thought everything was fine. The woman went out the check the car and said she would pend the rental for Salem to sign off. I went out, got in the car with the car sales rep who had followed me for drop off. As we were pulling out, the lady from Enterprise sped out, almost hitting our car. She seemed a wee bit unhinged. I am thankful there was a kind man in the office who calmed "her" attitude, but she should not work in customer service, or around vehicles.

I usually used mine. They usually take 100.00 additional to the cost of your rent but they returned whatever left.
About $30
I think they do. If your tags expire or car comes due for oil change or something like that, they just swap you out another car.
There is a drop box on the south side of the building. Drop the vehicle off and then check your bill when they email it. Call if there are any problems.
If you go into their website you can enter your dates and location. It will give you the rate you will be charged. This is great and will give you an accurate amount. If you decide you do not like the rate or it is too much, you can discontinue the reservation without it going against you.
It's not required, but you'll have to pay an extra fee for dropping it off elsewhere.
