Hire dynamics is a piece of joke. Got hired at Hyundai Constructions last month. A month later, last friday, after work I got fired right away. I didn’t know why. So, I was trying to find what’s going on. They told me to check them on Monday which is today. They told me I have a bad attitude, bad performance and not on time??? That is completely BS. I was always on time and did what they said. Lady in the office was rude to my wife when my wife was trying to help me to understand when the lady was giving me difficult questions. Terrible agency service. I am never coming back over there. Hire dynamics is trash 🗑🚮. Especially people from Hyundai Constructions knew they were behind getting myself fired 🗑🚮. Wasting my time. 😡 UPDATE: Do not apply at Hire Dynamics! Save yourself from being terminated.

Have used Hire Dynamics several times over the past 10+ years, always impressed with the varied options, have used both Buckhead and Alpharetta offices-***UPDATE*** As of December 2021, I have had the exact opposite experience with Hire Dynamics as they have had several personnel changes. My previous agents Donae, and Sam were absolutely top shelf! Unfortunately, new agent Clay as well as his supervisor have not only been difficult to contact, but have refused to place me for several positions I qualify for and have applied for. I have reached out several times to see if there was a particular issue, and received no response. The only response I have received is when I had to remind the office of their legal obligation to provide me with a W-2. Wish that the new team was even half as good as their predecessors

Got hired on a job , was unaware that the hours would be over time on weekdays and they fired me because of it. You guys communication has to be better cause it truly messes up peoples lives!
