I upgraded to the PEAK service from my old Centurytel and can tell you this, I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. Not only do they provide a great highspeeed fiber optic connection at a reasonable price, their service and support is outstanding. I recently noticed my wifi speeds seemed slower than normal and called their service and got a local representative on the line in under a minute who worked with me to determine that there was some sort of problem that could not be handled over the phone, and then assigned a technician to come to my house to fix it. The tech arrived ontime (almost unheard of) and tested/repaired my system in under 1/2hr. at no charge. All the staff I interacted with we very friendly and helpful. I recommend Peak Internet to anyone in their service area. update: 2 weeks later, more issues, the technician (Chris) quickly and efficiently diagnosed that the problem was not with the new equipment previously installed, but instead was an issue with my computers wireliss card that had been subject to a failed softtware update by the mfgr. Contacted Dell and they got the update fixed and the connection was back to full speed. Thank you Chris

Hello all My name is Joe Hammons, and I have worked for peak as it’s lead lineman for the past year, building the fiber optic lines through the countryside. It is at times very difficult work! I have recently decided to move on to try my own thing as a construction contractor. I just wanted to take the time to share how amazing this company has been to myself, my crew, and the whole construction team! I have never worked for a company who tries so very hard to take care of their employees, make sure they know how appreciated they are, and provide so many benefits as well as competitive pay! We just had Ron Thompson come out and replace our Modem/router and what a wonderful job he did !! He was very professional and did over and beyond what was expected. Cleaned up a bit of a mess from the initial install a year ago. I didn't ask him to do anything extra. He is a man of integrity and wanted it to be right for us. I would recommend Ron to do an install for anyone wanting a great job done. Give the man a raise is what I think !!!

Hi Peggy!! PEAK is still actively evaluating areas for fiber expansion so I cant give you a solid timeline at this point. We do also have our fixed wireless option available which could potentially hit a few homes up there so we would be happy to look into that for you as an immediate solution.
