The atmosphere in this store is very unprofessional. Too many employees just talking loudly to each other. The one that is supposed to help you doesn't know anything about basic manners let alone customer service. This visit was definitely a major negative experience with comcast xfinity. I was surprised because in contrast their technician seemed very nice and professional.

I have been a customer of Comcast off and on, I d choose one cable company and switch with "the better plan" but Comcast seems to fit me better. Struggling with cable service can be difficult at times but when you look at the bigger picture, Comcast stands to win. As for the customer representatives they are of high standard, and are brilliant and know " tech " like no one else. My agent , Jamie was very clever when it came to what I needed and what works better and made it so easy to decide my plan. Thank you Jamie, and thank you Comcast for providing best service.

So I have internet essentials through Xfinity and they always advertise easy move services. Well I buy a house and I call them to move my service to my new address and they say, well the person who used to live at that address never called and cancelled their internet so we're sry but you'll be without internet until you can provide us with proof of who you are and proof of ownership.🥴🤔😲 Like are you serious? You already know who I am I've had service with you for a very long time. 🤷🤦If I didn't need it for my grandchildren's school, I'd go somewhere else.🤫😵💫😡

Update: Nov 2019 Turn in of my equipment was easy and quick, receipt provided. Good: polite customer service. Quick care of a minor account issue. Neutral/good This isn't an office. It's definitely a store based solidly off Apple stores. Beautiful and comfortable when waiting for a service representative. Bad: It still takes the same amount of time to get to see a representative as it does at the main office. Also, these reps are trained to push products. Don't expect anything different.

I'm not certain about your specific device, but the friendly staff at the store would be able to tell you. They are open, but mask is required. One thing I CAN tell you for certain is if you live here in town it will take less time to drive to the store and ask then it will to call customer service and find your way through the ridiculous phone tree.

I tried calling the store itself and once I got to a live representative via the comcast automated service, it wasn't someone at the store. They were able to help me so it worked out. If you do need to call the store specifically, any agent you speak with via customer service should be able to transfer you to that store.
