I'm not certain about your specific device, but the friendly staff at the store would be able to tell you. They are open, but mask is required. One thing I CAN tell you for certain is if you live here in town it will take less time to drive to the store and ask then it will to call customer service and find your way through the ridiculous phone tree.
The store may help you with the insurance claim. Not sure if you can get a same-day exchange on the insurance claim though. Worth a shot.
