THIS IS MY 5TH TIME THIS YEAR, THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED THAT SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED IN MY MAIL BOX AND NOTHING WAS DELIVERED, OUR DELIVERY MAN IS OLD AND CONDFUSED MAKES A LOT OF MISTAKES, CALLING THEM IS USELESS, NEVER ANSWER THIER PHONES, HORRIBLE LOCATION

This location is not a full-service post office. Only pickup and dropoff. I took an Uber here without knowing that however the person went out of her way to weigh my packages and have labels printed so that I didn't have to head to another place. She really went out of her way. Amazing.

Absolutely horrid. No accountability. I have never lived in an area I have had so many issues and then the added problem I cannot inform the post office as noone EVER, EVER, EVER answers the phone. There is no voicemail or process in place to report issues. Now I know why their mail folk's are so in competent. My mail box has been left open twice in 6 months. Mail man told me to write my congress????? Tried calling numerous times and CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER PHONE. So my next step is I have to take off work to go visit the post office to let them know my mail box has been left open twice??? The first time it was my entire streets mailboxes. Last night it was just mine???
