This Pharmacy is by far the worst at not only customer service but also knowledgeable employees. It deeply concerns me how they are employed here and can not do the bare minimum. I witnessed not only my mom’s mistreatment (as well as mine own) but the other customers in line. I walked in on crutches & wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help with anything after standing in lane for over 10 mins. So long in fact I started conversing with another gentleman in line who also had been waiting a long time. Pharmacy assistant Katie was extremely rude. She walked away when she seen me coming. After I went to sit down cause again I was on crutches, she somehow found time to greet the person that walked up after me. I had so much time, in fact I started to converse with the customer who was helped behind me as she waited for her medicine. She was situated within 6 mins of course. Myself and another gentleman watched 4 different ppl walk up and pick up their medicine within 5 mins of waiting. But I had to wait 25-30 mins for my ibuprofen and antibiotic. Unacceptable, it does not take that long. In addition to my doctor sending over the medication before I left her office. I overheard her tell the gentleman I was conversing with that they didn’t have the medication for his daughter. And after about 10 more minutes “that she just found his medication” after she was going to send him to a whole different pharmacy. If he had not pressed the issue she would have let him leave. Complete incompetence on her part. As well as the pharmacist (the older black gentleman) not greeting anyone at all. He had not moved from the computer he was standing at. Attempting to look “busy” He then explained how he had a long line, but as I mentioned I and the gentleman waiting for his daughters medication, were the only 2 left. Everyone else received their medication in a timely manner. I work in Customer service so understand being busy, but to blatantly not greet someone after they were waiting over 10mins but greet the person behind them is unacceptable. It seems like they pick and choose who they want to help. I will be posting my experience everywhere(as well as email corporate)and have ppl steer clear of this pharmacy .

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. This is closest to my house so I keep it but EVERY time i come to get my prescription I was a minimum of 20-30 minutes. Then usually there's some issue where they have to contact my doctor and ask me to wait or come back. I wish you could somehow call ahead to have it ready because it is a huge time waste. It's supposed to be 24 hours but have showed up around 8pm before to a sign on the door "sorry closed" with no reason or notification. Awful service.

the guy assisting us gave information that was 100% inaccurate regarding medicare and goodrx and had the worst demeanor throughout our entire interaction. 1 star is an overstatement, theres a cvs pharmacy in laurel thats apparently 24 hrs so if that’s what you’re looking for you’re better of driving further ahead to there

I am sitting in line for the second time now because “they lost my prescription.” So they asked me to go around the building and wait in line all over again so they could make a new one. Mind you, I received a text YESTERDAY that my medication was ready for pick up and the drive threw pharmacy line is at least 30-45 wait. Every time I come here they don’t have my insurance right no matter how many times I’ve corrected them. They need to understand that peoples medication is extremely important and shouldn’t be treated like you just work in a McDonald’s. The absolute worst customer service ever.
