Spent Christmas here with my family. Hotel is dated, but not bad. Great staff. Breakfast selections was good. No waffles for the first two days we spent there (which is my favorite), so I was bummed by that. Complimentary drinks in the evening was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the selections of drinks. Overall experience was good. Will definitely stay here again.

This was by far the best customer service I've ever experienced! We arrived early for check in and our room wasn't quite ready which we expected so we asked for the coupon book that came with the package we booked. They didn't have any at the hotel so they needed to go up the street to get a few more from a sister hotel. Due to this wait (which wasn't that long), Tish upgraded our room to a 3 room suite. This was so amazing. We didn't ask for it and we weren't even complaining. She explained we were inconvenienced and she wanted to take care of us. Tish knows what it's about to take care of her customers. She deserves recognition for her bubbly personality and knowledge in hospitality. Thanks Tish for making our weekend getaway special! Our kids loved the room and the hotel was gorgeous. I recommend this hotel and hopefully others get to experience the same service we did.

Spent 3 days! At first glance, was not impressed AT ALL. Didn't like the setup of the front desk. But I love STACKS on the second floor which is a restaurant and also does the room service for the hotel! The prices are a bit high but the food is GOOD! The waiters were attentive and amazing and they have a good HAPPY hour! $5 dollar drinks! Okay back to the hotel...it has a Starbucks on the ground floor connected to the hotel. The room was nice and housekeeping was fast and great! I never waited more than 5 minutes for whatever I called for. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful! Overall the stay turned out better than my first impressions were!I guess I won't judge a book by its cover again!

My wife and I were visiting our kids who live in Fed Hill. The value of this place was amazing. The front desk people were very accommodating and polite. The evening happy hour was exceptional and the breakfast a bonus. The bar and restaurant area is quite large and a good place to kick back. I even used the exercise room and it was rather large for a hotel. All in all, a great experience. This is not a fancy, stuffy, elite hotel but the room was enormous and we could have been comfortable there for a longer stay. One complaint: only ice machine is on fourth floor and we were on 33. Not the worst thing in the world.

10.9 miles from BWI. About 20 minutes by car. I assume you are referring to BWI...
I don't know, I guess they do have one!!!

Three city blocks. Easy walking distance.
Yes
Not sure. Self parking is always cheaper. $16 is what I paid before.
Google maps says a 9 minute walk but I know from experience from living downtown it's probably less. If you go straight right down St. Paul from the hotel and then turn right on Baltimore st., it's a pretty easy walk. It's always safer and seemingly quicker to walk with friends but I've never had real trouble walking alone downtown.
Sorry Lara, I dont know. Ive stayed the a few times. Great experiences. The shuttle will take you over to G&M restaurant as well.
