Went there for lunch, they were out of forks and spoons, so I couldn't get a salad. Last week I went to Fred Meyer for shower supplies and they were out of that too. Shop elsewhere if you can. Update: On Wednesday, July 7th 2022 I went to this store looking to buy two things. I was looking for hand soap and batteries, they were out of most hand soap refills and batteries were way over priced. I placed an Amazon order before leaving the store, sometimes shopping at Fred Meyer isn't better than ordering online.

The baggers keep leaving a bag or two of my groceries at checkout(after I've paid for them) then tell me to be on my way. Almost like stealing out of my cart before I make it out the door. In this economy, nothing irks me more than wasting money.

Don't go to a cashier unless you want a horrible bag job with items missing when you get home. I always use self check out but their self check out system is a nightmare so I went against my better judgement and went to a cashier. Customer service is definetly lacking. I had to call 5 times before someone actually answered.

I almost always do all of my shopping at Fred Meyers as the employees are always so helpful as well as kind. It is very rare that I write reviews on establishments but I absolutely think it is necessary to write one about my experience last night. Last night I went in with my son, who is 4 and very talkative. I only needed a few items but was unable to locate where the Club soda was and asked an associate working by the self checkout. His name was Cody, he was visibly busy but went out of his way to describe what isle it would be on as well as the exact location on where it would be found (which it was exactly where he said). Afterwards I went to the alcohol case where I pressed the button to alert an employee, no other than Cody came to help and unlocked the case, it was shocking how fast he came as normally I would have to wait a little bit. I joked and asked "are you the only employee working tonight?" which he responded with a slight laugh, "no, we are a bit understaffed for a Saturday night but we offered to help the grocery department with the alcohol case as normally this would be their responsibility." After a short chat he grabbed the bottle I requested and went back on his way. I finished my shopping shortly after that were I went through self checkout to find Cody now chatting with my son distracting him as I checked my items, all while he cleared the machine for my bottle of alcohol, he even reminded me to put my rewards card in so I would receive sale prices! We finished checking out and Cody gave my son a fist bump as well as a sticker, it completely made his night. Amazing customer services, we will be back!
