These guys saved our camping trip and were super helpful. Was on our way to the desert on a Thursday from LA and halfway through realized I forgot the grates for our tabletop grill. Frantically googling where we can get some grates just for the weekend we found this place. Called in and the guy on the phone was very helpful trying to help us find the right dimensions, although they didn’t have it. We were close enough to stop in so we went in and all the staff were trying to find a replacement grate that would fit the grill. They tried like 5 different types and right as we had given up and I was going to walk out the door one of the employees said wait let’s try one more, and luckily it was close enough to the right size to get the job done. Since it was a sample, they even gave it for free. I was worried I’d have to buy a whole new grill. They definitely saved our weekend camping since without the grill all our food would have gone to waste. Super appreciative of these guys and so were my fellow campers. Thanks again!

Terrible service and dishonest. I placed an order on 12/6/2021 and was told my order of the Big Green Egg Mini would arrive before Christmas, even called customer service and was assured that, "Yes, of course it will arrive before the 25th" . I called today and was told that there is no way it will arrive before Christmas. Will now be heading over to Patio Furniture Plus to pick up what I ordered from BBQ Galore. I will never purchase anything from this company again from BBQ Galore.
