Very slow with getting my package, went to the location to see if i could pick it up, they told me id recieve it by the same day and it was out for delivery which the tracking number never said. Got a message about a problem with the package and that it couldnt be delivered, went back to usps again the same day to try and pick it up then they said it was still out for delivery, but guess what, they also said if i got the same message the next morning to come in, but they told me that the next day they were closed. Customer service was very bland and as I went in there 30 minutes before they closed employees were already complaining and discussing closing early behind the counters in front of the customers.

USPS couldn't do something right on accident. I have always had issues with USPS to the point that I get extremely disappointed when I see that they'll be delivering my package instead of UPS. All four of my housemates and I have had packages mangled to astonishing degrees, to the point that the package could not have simply been dropped, it was kicked, stood on, or just slammed on the ground, and I have received more than one package with a footprint somewhere on it. But whatever, most of the time this is tolerable, what prompted me to write up this tangent is today it snowed up to my thighs, so my package would not be delivered (despite their slogan), but this is completely understandable. So I called the office twice to see if I could come down and pick up the package, waiting the whole five minutes for someone to pick up, which they didn't. So I spent 45 minutes to an hour making a path to get to my car and for my car to get out of the driveway, then promptly embarrassed myself twice when my all wheel drive car got stuck in the snow twice trying to get onto the road, requiring four people to help dig my car out and push it while two other cars waited. Eventually I get to the USPS store, which is completely empty aside from a homeless person sleeping in the lobby. I ask the single person working behind the counter if I could get my two time sensitive packages since they weren't delivered, and I am essentially told "tough luck", because the attendant doesn't want to find my package among the "thousands" of other packages, despite not doing anything but playing with some envelopes. If I had the choice, I would never use USPS, the service is miserable and never worth it.

Terrible service. They've lost my mail, delivered my mail to my neighbors many times. Last month they lost a mail order prescription. So, I will no longer order prescriptions thru the mail. This week, I returned a package that I did not order. I labeled it refused, return to sender, etc. It was returned to me twice!! Today it was set on my front steps in the rain!!! Absolute the poorest public service possible. Way to go joe biden!!!

The office workers are super helpful and always friendly. The delivery from this post office is atrocious. Their tracking info says that my item is out for delivery then returns back to the post office 2 hours later? Items arrive later more than 50% of the time when shipping through this post office. Please get it together and stop showing a delivery date if it's late the majority of the time.
