We had such a good time. Plenty to do. Laundry and bathroom facilities were clean and RV spaces were ample. The ONLY complaint we have is that there isn't much enforcement on the quiet hours and allowing guests to blast music until after midnight and whatnot. But really, that'd not something that would prevent us from coming back again. Amazing time!

We liked this place a lot!! There are some stingrays in the water, so shuffle your feet, don't stomp around. The waterfront spots are really lovely, but expensive in summer. Lots is amenities here! The kids had a blast trying out the rental kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely be back!

This place has so much potential but misses the mark. And that is primarily due to the attitudes of their late teen staff. We made reservations for the last two hours of the inflatable waterpark. Every person on the inflatables must wear a specific life jacket. Since there is zero work ethic or semblance of caring, the adult life jackets disappear. What does that mean? Well my seven year old that is supposed to be accompanied by an adult can’t go on the inflatables because they don’t have adult jackets available for any of the adults in our group. Why? They are too lazy to track them. They don’t know who has them or when they are coming back. And if you don’t bring them back, they will never know. This happened to numerous groups. They don’t refund you for the lost time-we lost almost a half hour of our first one hour reservation. Coupled with the talk of how they don’t want to work and can’t wait to leave work, it was less than a pleasant experience. The bathrooms were gross and in need of attention. It was just a disappointing experience.

This is our family's favorite place to visit with friends and by ourselves. Lots of activities where you can do with kids or they can do by their own: paddle boarding, kayaking, water park in the bay, boat rental. I like that it's very safe for kids here, water is clean, super friendly staff. As a parents we can really enjoy being here with kids rather than always afraid of smth might happen as always on the regular beach. The food in the cafe in the resort is great. They have vegan option too. Bar , where you can buy drinks any kind. Store where you find everything for your needs. As a tea lovers , we managed to get hot water and tea from that store thanks to the amazing people who work there, and truly enjoyed our evening on the beach with a piece of chocolate cake ( we brought cake with us) . I love this place : for the families it is the best .

Hi Kelsey. Check with the resort. I'm certain there will be plenty in the surrounding area. Balboa Island is a nice Ferry ride and great spot to entertain the kiddies.

The chance of you checking in to your cabin at 10am is slim during this season unless your renting a space for an RV. There's s parking area beside the management bldg. and enjoy the sun while waiting.
