This apartment is a scam. I am a physician in the area and I have been renting with them for the past year. Terrible customer service. They add additional monthly charges for no reason. They tried to steal my deposit and claimed that it was never received although I had receipts for it. Ever since they transitioned to “arrive” they have become awful. Would not recommend any physician working in the area to stay here. There are far better options out there. RUN!

I went to view this apartment on 1/3/2022 with Nelly. Super sweet and showed me a unit although I did not have an appointment. Later that night when I went to do the application I saw a unit that was cheaper and more my speed(unit I looked at in person had a shower and tube in the bathroom pretty but unnecessary). Next day I sent an email to Nelly requesting a virtual tour of the unit I saw online but I received no response. I called and eventually she sent me the virtual tour. That night I did the application and paid the $200 fee. Two days later I get a call saying actually that unit isn’t available because someone lives in it. I said well why was it available online and can I receive my application fee back since that was an error on the management company. I was told no and that they are currently changing systems and it’s nothing can can do about the site so I went with the original unit I toured. I specifically asked her multiple times to send me the price statement for this particular unit so I know what I would pay the day I move in and my monthly payments for the unit going forward…never received it. I got a call again a few days later saying my application was on hold because they sent me a security verification and I never completed it. I explained to the property manager that I had not received any security verification. The next day I called the property manager and withdrew my application because it was just too many RED FLAGS. A week later Nelly called me to say she was out the previous week and wanted to know if I was still interested I explained to her the lack of communication and run around was a turn off and that I would look elsewhere. There is a huge disconnect at this place and for those prices I expect nothing but superb service. Not to mention I’m out of $200 because of their mistake.

Awesome apartment complex that is very close to the harbor, restaurants, and beautiful neighborhoods in Baltimore. The building has some of the best amenities I've ever seen in Baltimore and the community is incredibly friendly. Nelly, one of the leasing agents, gave an awesome tour of the place when I was searching for a new home in June, and she answered all of my questions. She was so helpful during my move to Banner Hill and is very responsive! The entire staff is welcoming too!

Took a tour with Q today and she was awesome! She took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me around, she is very thorough, down to earth and genuine. I had a blast talking to her. Banner Hill as a whole seems like a great place to live,I was impressed with the amenities of in the common areas and the apartment as well as the location.
