The girl that works in there was horribly rude to me and my girlfriend that has a broken neck. Gave us the run around the whole place smelled like they had been smoking cigarettes inside of the building. They forget to give you your registration each time I’ve been there, I have had to walk all the way back because of their mistakes with my injured gf because it’s her information. I think you either need a whole new staff or something those women are an embarrassment to your establishment.

My daughter went to Lincoln for a graduation. Long story short, she had her vehicle towed. They were able to pick up the vehicle right away. From the time she picked up her car to the time they left town, the car was parked in a garage. They left town only to find out there was extensive damage to the front bumper of the vehicle. (it was torn off and barely hanging on). I contacted them and the woman was so rude, I was trying to explain what was happening and she rudely cut me off, saying she was already on the phone with my daughters dad. She had a whole smarta$$ demeanor about her front the start of the conversation. Needless to say, I was hung up on. We got an estimate of the damages and faxed by their given timeframe. I called again to discuss this issue with the manager only to have to speak to yet another rude woman. She stated she is 100% sure they will not cover the cost of the damages because of a towing law that state that after 24 hours, they don't have to. I am researching this law now. I do not recommend this business. Poor work ethic, unprofessional, and straight up rude!

Met a nice lady there and she was very helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Its quick and easy process to get your stuff from your car after its totalled.
