Great experience with Anderson Ford of Lincoln. My salesman Will P is top notch. He listened to my many concerns and helped me find the truck with the features that are important to me at a fair price. Trade in process was smooth and guidance after the deal was done has been very helpful. Ask for Will if you are looking for a truck. He will take care of you.

Love car shopping at this place. I have bought 3 vehicles here and plan to return. Jeff Nelson has helped me each time and is a consummate professional. I would recommend anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience with low pressure sales, do yourself a favor and ask for him by name.

I brought my 2005 Ford Taurus to the dealership (had to be towed). The anti theft light was on and my car wouldn’t start. They set me up for an appointment at 8:15 the next day. I called around 9:30 the next day and Quin told me their was no appointment made for my vehicle. He looked again and found it but yet since it was past the appointment my vehicle was no longer a priority, even when it was due to them missing the appointment, not me. Fast forward Quin stayed in touch with me that entire day and let me know what was happening. He had to make two keys and program them. Great! Wrong. I went to pick up my car a few days later and then was told my starter went bad because they couldn’t get my car to start. I was not told this the previous day when I talked to Quin last. The man who told me about the starter issue was also very rude! Not sure what his name was but poor manners. They tried getting me to pay over $400 more. I payed for the diagnostics and keys but not the starter! My boyfriends dad gave my car a jump start and you wouldn’t guess. It started! I definitely felt like they were trying to scam me out of more money. If something new comes up call the person and tell them the problem. Don’t wait until they come to pick up their car thinking the car is working again. Also don’t appreciate them messing up the appointments and then my car taking longer to get looked at due to their mistakes. Definitely not going back. *Side note* felt like since I’m a girl they tried to milk me of any money they could. I could be wrong but who knows.

March 2022 isn’t an ideal time to buy a car right now but needs must. Thankfully the process was so easy and as painless as could be. Our salesman Izaac was wonderful to work with and ensured our new vehicle met our needs and our budget. We’ve purchased cars from other dealers in the past but this buying experience was far superior. I couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle

Are you guys familiar with a "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault"? Not to be confused with a "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault." I think it has something to do with the ECM as it doesn't recognize when the diagnostic tool is plugged in.

I own a 2015 Ford Explorer, the paint on the edge of the hood is bubbling up and fine splits are where the metal rounds over to go under the hood. It appears to be rust or corrosion. Does the warranty cover this?
