My battery was dead so I was stranded at my grandson’s daycare. Midwest Towing and Recovery responded immediately (I waited less than 15minutes) and had me back on the road in no time! Timely, friendly, honest and a great experience. I also want to share a contradiction to another review. Due to the nature of my towing needs it may have resulted in additional charges. One of which I requested (clean up). However, the accident was cleaned up before the driver got there and he adjusted the charges to only what was needed (and I didn't expect him to). I was also pleased with the price of the tow as I expected it to be higher. I found them honest and very fair in pricing.

I believe my truck driver's name was Mike, I have seen him before. He was very professional very kind and really knew what he was doing. He treated my car like it was my baby what an extremely nice man! Please give him a raise he definitely deserves it! :-) and tell him thank you so much for coming to get me in my time of need I felt very lost and he made me feel very at ease and safe so thank you so so much for your services you're very wonderful in what you do. 😊

I used this company twice and both times the had excellent service. The woman who took my information was very polite and thorough. The two guys that did each of my tows were very efficient, took good care of my car and had it delivered within an hour or less.
