The parking lot was clean and net. HOWEVER, we were frantically going round and round, looking for the payment kiosks. There was only a kiosk for Parking Violation payments at the entrance. If it's free on some days, mention it somewhere.

I believe it's $3 an hour. It is capped at $18. If you lose your ticket, you will have to pay $18. If you are going to the Community Health Center, you can get a free parking pass. Bristol Community College students who have at least one class at their downtown campus can get a free parking pass as well.
