The employee office is rude, there is very rarely. Ore than 2 elevators working at a time, then don't shovel the walk way enough for people with both electric chairs and wheelchairs to come out and have their cigarettes and go back in and the building will kick you out for things you physically can not control

I have been going to this place for 3 years and the office employees are so rude but the maintenance are always hard at work, I wouldn't live there if it was free. The elderly people who live alone can't have overnight guests so so sad.

What a building! It’s updated, very well decorated and so clean! The provided parking lot is conveniently located practically under the building. Many employees work here making it easy to get help when you need it. I really like the outside private patio area just for residents.

Very clean and great place if you live a quiet and peaceful life. Rules are necessary or chaos and filth arises. I live alone and have no issue with the police here. I feel safer. Friends come and go no problem. If you like parties, large family loud presence...this is not for you. Otherwise they look out for their tenants. Alot depends on the lifestyle of the tenants. So if you like a quiet clean lifestyle/ you'll love it.

Building is owned by HUD. So federally owned managed only by Peabody Properties. All smoking must be done off properly or in designated smoking areas.
Business office open Mon, Wed, anfd Fri. Office closed unless appointment Tues, Thursday. Friday staff leaves at 2 pm. The maintenance emergency staff is available by phone 24/7. Very responsive to emergencies.
