Honda of Lincoln has been the main source of vehicles in my family. It was time to get a new car so I worked with the exceptional staff to find the right one. I knew that I wanted a Honda CR-V but there were still a lot of things I had to learn about prior to my purchase. My dedicated salesperson Charles Gregory went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and that I was given the details and info that I needed. He was super informative and had a great personality. He made the car buying process extremely comfortable. Even though Covid and the current economy threw a couple monkey wrenches into things, I got my new car sooner than I originally expected and it’s perfect! Chad Erwin knocked it out of the park with the financial portion of the purchase. Super knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and also had a great personality. Honda far exceeded my needs and expectations. I’m so happy with my car and the next one will be a Honda too, guaranteed.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car with Honda of Lincoln. I went back and forth between deciding if leasing or purchasing would be the best option for me, and Russ was knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the pros/cons of either option and he was able to give me the information I needed, which led me to purchasing instead of leasing as the best fit for me. Russ was knowledgeable and was able to give me all of the information needed in order for me to make the best decision for myself. We had to wait for the car to be delivered, but Russ was able to keep me up to date on any updates on when the car would be arriving and called me as soon as it came in so we could make arrangements to come pick it up! Everything was taken care of wonderfully and had a great experience. I would recommend to others and would come back to purchase another vehicle! :)

We have had three Honda vehicles. I didn't want to give up my last van but my daughter needed it more than I did so she is the new owner. BUT that gave me the chance to get a 2022 Honda Odyssey. WOW they have made so many changes and improvements since my 2014 van. So I am VERY grateful to Brian for the extra time he took to show me all the features. My son is grateful for the time he took to show me all the new safety items because I would not have found them on my own. Now my backup is the manual and the videos. Brian helped me set up the garage door opener which I could not have done on my own. When Honda of Lincoln says they are all about SERVICE they absolutely mean it. My experience was wonderful. I trust them with all my service needs. And my friends have to listen to all my new car stories. Good friends do that.

We prefer that you schedule an appointment for any service however, we would never turn anyone away. In order to fulfill your service in a timely manner we always recommend scheduling an appointment.
Very good. Everyone is wearing a mask and generally social distance from you. Their cashier is probably the safest place with a full shield, clean pens and disinfectant on standby.

I own a 2007 and a 2018 Ridgeline, I really like both of them. You will only get a crew cab in Ridgeline, I believe the new box is 6' it is longer than the 2007.

Yes, they have loaner cars available if your vehicle is in for service work. They also have a shuttle service which operates throughout the day. They do not have rental cars.
