They're usually helpful but I had a kid named Edwin help me this time. Seemed annoyed when I asked him a question and was rude about it the whole time. Kind of expected more since he did not have the basic Autozone red shirt on. Also sounded like he was spaced out/confused.

just bought two pairs of brake pads for some emergency car work. the price paid was a lot higher than what you can get from many online sites. the guy there today, a manager kind of guy, was pretty rude. unless you need some in last minutes or would like some advice from the store, there isn't much need to visit it again in any time soon. you get what you paid for, and they are reviewed by how they server the customers.
