Not a place for Non Smokers The apartment is nice, but if you are a non-smoker or have any pulmonary conditions, this place is not for you. I’m not a tenant, but I visit my friend quite often. They are trying to say that this place is a ‘Luxury Apartment’ with their 2.5k+ per month. Of course it is, but the quality of living there is going in the opposite direction. I have asthma, and every time I visit my friend i have to get my inhaler ready. I don’t know how it works when they show the place to future residents, because as soon as you open the door to enter the hallway, the cigarette smell will hit you like a truck. Honestly, the smell of the hallway is the same as an old club bathroom. It’s disgusting. My friend's unit is a bit far from that smell, but it is still a pain when you have to walk through that smoke cloud every time you go outside and come back home. My friend is looking for a new apartment now. I totally agree with that. Why are you paying a decent price for an old club, cigarette factory smells, and bad management? Because if they care about other tenants, the smell should’ve gone by now.

In our 2bd year lease. Love living here, the neighbors are wonderful, the management team incredible. David in particular is amazing, he knows every single person by name, friendly smile and greeting at all times. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems. Highly recommend.

I've been a resident at Kensington at Chelmsford for over a year and I've been extremely satisfied with the property and the staff. The maintenance crew is always very prompt and professional in handling any issues that come up. The office staff is most pleasant and genuinely cares about the residents and keeping us happy. As long as you are accountable and fulfill your responsibilities as tenants, you can expect to have a wonderful experience living here.

I've been living at Kensington for over a year and really love it here! The office and Maintenance staff are wonderful and they really keep the community looking nice. It's a very quiet and relaxing place to live.
