Ordered take out, they said food was gonna be ready in 6 minutes and to park next to the entrance so they can bring it out to me when it's done. 25 minutes later, i ask my wife t go inside and check whats up and they had forgotten i exist, they skipped my order constantly ignoring the order on which people came in and didnt care to look at the overhead monitora which tells them the orders in queue

Only drive through or online ordering. Online doesn't offer a way to customize your order. I went in to try to verbally request "all dark" on my order. The manager was very rude and just wouldn't listen to my request, told me to go through the drive though for special requests. I tried to explain my work truck wouldn't fit through drive though, but she just kept telling me order online then. Canceled the online order, haven't been back.

Not only is only the drive thru only open, but the service is slower than slow, they’re always out of SOMETHING… and they are rude to customers. Sorry I know what I am saying when I order and I’m clear as day explaining what I wanted substituted because like said above always out of something!! So I was yelled at because she couldn’t understand. I was easy talking and slow so she would understand so she yelled. I’m sorry I work in fast food and I certainly know better . I like the food but this store personally SUCKS and I’m sorry to say it. It USED TO BE GREAT YEARS AGO. Now it may as well close down. Sad.

Not an ideal place for some quality chicken sandwich. I mean worse than a McChicken. Food was cold and I almost ate the plastic that came with it. Check out the images. Recommended to try a different spot where the staff cares at least a tiny bit of our stomachs.
