It was a pleasure working with Justin Melo and his team on various business transactions. If you are looking for knowledgeable methodical real estate professionals, I highly recommend this team. Thank you Justin!

Below is a letter addressed to the realtor who sold my property and Stacey Alcorn the broker of LAER Realty. This was sent on 7.5.19, since then this letter has never been addressed or acknowledged. Majority of 5-Star ratings of this firm are related to putting a flags on display in front of their building. When it comes to treating people and their homes like I sanctuary and handled with kit gloves. This is the farthest from the truth. My email to both can speak for itself. I am sending you this email as I had asked you to review the sale of this property a couple of weeks ago via text and not received a response nor a Thank You. Here are the details that I have wanted to address: Convincing me to sell my house without a contingency, saying that it was not marketable and harder to sell When I consulted with 3 realtors and 2 brokers, there was a consistent message that was stated across all about the realtor I was working with to sell my house and the tactic that was used On 4/3/19 a flyer was put on every door of my complex, including mine, saying that 90 Prescott St was listed for $268,000 and that there was one more buyer out there, in tandem my listing mysteriously coming off MLS at the same time Changing the contract for the buyer to put a higher down payment amount without my consent. Sending me houses out of my price range that were not legal two families Having to ask for the location of the closing and then the time of the final walk through only to find out the closing time was moved Changing the closing time without asking me or informing me. I had literally move my whole day around at the end of my quarter to accommodate this closing No show at closing and not informing me, I had zero representation there on the day I closed. Yes, I had a lawyer review the paperwork and when asked if they would be at closing I responded no, they would not. The other realtor is the one that let me know you were not coming Only to see you went a networking event posted on Facebook Last, adding a congratulations on Facebook of the sale of my home "providing an amazing client experience." I was never received a survey or a call asking me how I felt about this experience. I also never gave permission from anyone from LAER to promote the sale of my home and gave anyone a review that this was a great client experience This by far has been one of the worst experiences of my life with large sums of money. I have yet to find a home and I living under stressful circumstances. When we had met, I had invited you to stay in my place in St. Pete's expecting nothing and then chose you as my realtor and what I thought was someone I could trust. I could have had a lot other people to sell my house, knowing many people in the business. I choose you to represent me because I liked you and wanted to help you grow your business I assuming that is reciprocal. I do not know what is worse a trusted fellow alumnus or trusted realtor. This would have been addressed after the closing but nothing was communicate not even a simply "Thank you for your business." As anyone would expect I was more than upset and feel like I have been "HAD" over the items listed above. This may have been small $5K for you to gain but this was my home and far from a transaction. This email should have came sooner but my priority was closing my quarter and hitting my number. How upset I felt over this needed to wait. Good luck with your business and I hope you never conduct a sale like this again.

I have never did business with them however; after watching the news about the flag display I will give them a 100 stars.

My parents used this office and I would never recommend them. Typical car salesman pitches. Lured you in with what you wanted to hear. Weren't helpful. The buyers agent happened to be in this office as well and he was just as bad. Their agent allowed him and his client in our house without permission and when I questioned why he was there, he asked why I was being so rude. Very unprofessional. Look elsewhere!

There are no set hours, Susan. I meet with clients as they need me to. Would you like to schedule an appointment?
Hi Paul. I see a 233 Pond St. in Billerica. Is that the listing you are referring to?
