My wife and I just moved into Coach House this past week. We moved from Westchester County, NY which is almost 200 miles away, and didn't know much about Chelmsford or the surrounding area. We were looking for an apartment which was walkable to stores, restaurants, library, etc. which Coach House is. Helen and Annette were most helpful in answering all of our questions, and walking us through the application process. They always were available to answer our questions, and always confirmed our conversations with an email. The apartment is great with fresh paint, new rug in the bedroom and updated appliances. And our first maintenance request was done in less than a day. Grateful to the people at Coach House for making our move here go so smoothly.

I stayed at Coach house for a year and I liked there. I would like to say thank you to Annette and Helen Acevedo for all your help in finding tenant for my apartment when I wanted to leave 1 month early and saved my money. My all maintenance requests was resolved quickly during my stay at Coach house. Special thanks to Helen she has always smiling face and helping nature. My new renewal lease was very costly in compare to square feet and size of my apartment that’s why I had to move otherwise I liked the coach house Again thank you to Helen and Annette

Moved in to coach house back in July and have loved it since. Plenty of parking all the other residence we have interacted with are extremely kind. The staff is amazing always let us know ahead of time if work is being done on the building. They are extremely friendly and always try to do everything they can to make sure the residents are very happy.
