24 - 48 hours. #1 - did he receive a confirmation for his tee time and credit card charge? #2 Robert - he logged back in and canceled the reservation within 3 hours prior to his tee time? Please call the pro-shop, ask for the GM Derek and he will take care of this. Make sure the confirmation number is handy for Derek to look up.
