I had a wonderful experience in the service department with Monty. It started out bad because of the dealership (not Baxter) I originally leased from did not come through on their services promised. After I made some phone calls, I was able to sort things out and return for a free oil change. Monty apologized, even though not his fault, and offered me a free tire rotation for the inconvenience. His kind gesture showed that excellent customer service still exists in this crazy world.

Matt was able to get us much more for our trade in than we were offered at other dealers or online. Baxter was able to secure us a low interest loan on a better and newer truck than we had seen elsewhere. Our RAM 1500 (that we loved) couldn’t handle the tongue weight of the toy hauler, but the RAM 3500 we were able to get will have no problem.
