First they delivered wrong appliances (not ones I purchased) and delayed delivery by over 8 days. I had to call over 30 times to convince them to replace and had to go in person to confront them. When they came with replacement (almost 3 weeks later) it again was not what I purchased, some "no brand" instead of MayTag. They didn't even hook up the exhaust when installed it! When I saw that it was not the brand I ordered they claimed "good enough". Appliance keeps malfunctioning, but they don't answer the phone, so their warranty is a scam.

Friendly and kind. If your looking for something on the cheaper side, used but most definately working properly, this is your appliance place.

Hello Cindy! I'm just touching base, to let you know that the big ol' black Whirlpool side-by-side that Dan delivered is working just great. I got a water line run to it and a water filter installed, and everything works as expected...cold water and plenty of ice in the garage, now! Everyone is pleased...🙂. It's taken a year for me to get around to writing this review, which is a shame because Nicole's Appliances by Danny is the real deal. I bought a refurbished stacked washer/dryer unit which is still working like a champ after a year, and the price was so low that I don't want to list it here. With inflation prices may be a little higher now (but the price was very low). Go to Lowe's or Home Depot and find out how much you will pay for a new appliance these days, then go see Danny and buy from him. They did a great job installing the unit and service after the sale was fantastic. I just can't say enough good things about Danny and his team.
