BE AWARE car break-ins are occurring at Kiln trailhead. They are targeting hiker’s cars. Broke our window to steal a worthless cooler with sandwiches.

The maple sugaring class today was great! We had a guide named Marissa. Her love of nature, Missouri conservation, trees, and maple sugaring were contagious. She shared a ton of information that was more interesting because of her enthusiasm. I would highly recommend this class!

No.
You can use the trails from sunrise until 30 minutes after sunset. The hours posted on their website are for the visitors center.
The wildlife habitat trail is very short and paved. The lime kiln trail from the trail head to the hillside picnic area is a little longer and level/flat
