Safe, modern, clean, friendly community. Maintenance handled my small number of requests promptly and efficiently. The cost of rent + fees were well-worth the services and amenities provided. I would absolutely live at Park Place again.

Don’t be wooed by the pretty landscaping or photos of the amenities on the website. These apartments are overpriced to begin with and full of hidden fees. I paid a $50 a month per fee every month for a year, then still was charged over $1000 for carpet repair when I moved out. I was told the fee I paid was simply “to have a pet at Park Place.” It’s clear all of the money is spent on making the exterior look nice, and it does. However the small and awkward shaped apartments haven’t been updated in years, and if you don’t like the color beige… well, it’s everywhere. I lived in two different layouts here & it was impossible to have any kind of flow in the room because the oddly rooms, walls and windows make it impossible to set your furniture up in a way that makes sense. I also had someone walk into my apartment once while living here, with no action from the apartment complex. And to top it all off, they tried to raise my rent over $100 a month after just one year. You can get a better place in Lexington, in a better location, for much cheaper than it costs to live here. I would absolutely never rent here again.

Park Place is awesome! We have a very secluded patio where we see cardinals and blue jays nearly every day. Maintenance is excellent, and the office staff are friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. I have no complaints. We would stay here forever if we weren't moving out of state. If we ever move back to Lexington, we know where to go. ............ Update: They changed us exorbitantly for replacing carpet that we didn't damage. Would not recommend and will look elsewhere if I ever need to move again.

We been here for about 7 months now and love everything about this place. Very spacious apartment with a fireplace-which WE LOVE. Maintenance is very quick to respond-any issue we've had, they've made an appearance the same day. We love the location-right across the road from Kroger and conveniently close to anything else we may need. The staff is amazing! Very dog friendly and beautiful landscaping. Trash pick up from your front door. Multiple resident events that are lots of fun! Pool is amazing in the summer. I can't say enough good things about this place! We never want to leave!
