The food is always good here, but had yet another horrible service experience. Ordered online. Chose drive thru pickup. Waited in the drive thru for a good 20min. Was told to come inside to retrieve my order. Had to wait another 10min to speak to an employee. Order couldn't be found at first. Had to sub mild for spicy tenders. They were out of popcorn chicken. Barely got any fries on a "large" order. Very disappointed unfortunately.

I have never been a fan of Popeyes. The chicken is greasy and the biscuits are dry. The fries taste weird. The staff is friendly and that’s about the only good thing I have to say.

Customer service has really improved. Recently had the opportunity to try the hyped chicken sandwich... it's fantastic. I favor the spicy flavor with extra pickles. Drive thru cashiers are friendly and efficient. The drive thru can be long during peak times; but, the food does come out hot and tasty.

Poorly managed store, and too much attitude. It took about 30 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches and when we got our order it was wrong. With 6 people behind the counter you’d expect them to be able to throw together 2 buns and a piece of meat in a reasonable amount of time. I especially didn’t appreciate the attitude when we brought the error to their attention. Sincerely, Popeyes Management
