This place is so unprofessional is crazy!! This stores staff is rude and disrespectful. They refuse to give extra sauces that I said I would gladly pay for. They would rather waste 30 dollars worth of food than to sell me extra sauces. Awful experience. I will not go back and will tell everyone that I know not to go back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ordered door dash, so it came in a good amount of time, but that could be cause kfc themselves didnt complete the order, 2 receipts taped to the bag, yet half of the order was missing, bag was sealed so no, the driver didnt take anything, kfc tried saying their screens were messed up, but again, 2 RECEIPTS WERE TAPED TO THE BAG! So poor excuse. Unacceptable! And lets not forget how rude the employee and manager were when I called about it, they hung up on me, didnt try to rectify the problem at all. Very poor service, dont waste your time.

Picking up doordash staff screaming and cussing at each other after being there for 20 mins waiting on order they tell me they don't have half the food ordered. Staff is very unprofessional throwing food at each other, some of the boys working there had their pants so low the bottom of their underwear was showing. The kids working here have no business working around the public. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR MY PERSONAL FOOD EVER

I actually had to repeat my order 3 times for 2 items. Ordered 12 piece BUFFALO wings and a chicken sandwich. I was told it would be 13 minutes on the wings. I say OK no hurry. They bring me out Honey BBQ wings. This particular restaurant has typically bad service. I love KFC wings but I guess I will give up on them. Oh, yeah, and who serves wings with NO napkins?

Not sure. Go drive thru when I go. Like a lot of restaurants I've gone to they don't change gloves like they're supposed to. Touch whatever then right back to food. Nasty especially phones and dishcloths. People don't realize what's on those things and then putting it on your food.

We can't answer a question that is determined by the KFC staff. They definitely need to hire additional workers, they are loosing a lot of business. We all hope they can turn it around and become a dependable business in the community. Good luck.
The only KFC I know of with a buffet is the one on Preston near Eastern Parkway.
Unfortunately they are open. Drive-in broken, counter service has no service.
