Drive through girl failed to properly count the cash I handed her, rudely demanded more, I told her to recount it and she did to find it was the right amount. Then she told me to have a good day and closed the window without giving me my drink. When she did hand me my drink, the lid wasn't on it properly and she shoved it out the window into my hands and of course it spilled all over my new car. Yay. When I asked for extra napkins to clean the mess up I was handed 3 napkins. 3. To clean up an entire soda.

Waited after saying hello in drive thru intercom a few times. After 2 people responded at the same time, to both say they were busy taking other orders. Waited another 6 mins and just left. I would had been willing to wait longer if they would have responded that at first rather than make me wait even longer. That was rude. I can spend my money elsewhere. Also can wait with a smile if your polite about it.

Based on my experience today using the app it was negative. We ordered the extra crispy chicken, and only thighs and drumsticks, and at dinner time we found the opposite. I want to clarify that the chicken was not bad, but it was not my order that they gave me, is there not a supervisor or someone in charge of checking that the orders are well made?

Food is okay. But this place could be better if they always left their dining room open strictly for people who mobile-ordered. We should not be punished with a 30+ minute drive thru line of the people who didn't.
