Waited in drive thru for 30 mins to receive food that I couldn’t even bring myself to eat. My tenders were dry, fries slightly undercooked. My boyfriends chicken sandwich was soggy. He threw half of it out the window because it was soo bad. This man never wastes food. Employees are rude, if they don’t have an attitude then they’re playing around not doing their jobs. It was like I just threw 22$ out the window. Never again!

There's no reason why any customer in a drive-thru line at Popeyes should wait 30 minutes for an order made through the app! Then wait an additional 5-10 minutes for your order to be brought to the window, during which you're told that the butterfly shrimp you ordered with your dinner isn't available, but they can give you popcorn shrimp. And then you discover, contrary to what is on the expeditor ticket, there are neither any fries or BBQ sauce. I could see at least 4 individuals through the drive-thru window, but I'm not certain what any of them were doing. You might want to pass on this location.

Havent been here for a few months until today. Usually it's really good but today the soft drinks tasted off and the fries had a strong taste of oil. Was missing a spicy chicken sandwich with our order as well.

The food was very good, and service was quick. But the prices were way too high and the pieces of chicken were way too small. Paying $11 for 4 pieces of chicken would have been ok if they were larger. I got thighs and drumsticks, but they were the size of small wings. Normally, 2 pieces of chicken would be adequate for me. I planned on having leftovers for later. But it took all 4 pieces for me to feel like I actually ate anything. The biscuit was hard and overcooked. The macaroni and cheese was amazing! The chicken though ... if you are going to serve child size portions, then adjust the price accordingly.
