Sign on the door says they're open for dine in, but the lady inside yelled (presumably to me) that they were only doing drive through right now. So I just left, as it is way too hot to eat in my car.

Terrible. Telling customers to come back later without explanation. It's embarrassing for the main office to be located in our city. This business overall is going downhill thruout Louisville, Kentucky area. Corporate office should be ashamed of themselves for letting this company go under as it has. Embarrassing!!!!

Pulled up an entire hour before close and was told they were putting product up and cleaning so it would be about 15 minutes. I’m obviously not going to sit and wait for 15 minutes, could have been more. What a nice excuse to not serve people. It’s not like I came 10 minutes before close or anything. I just wanted a chicken sandwich dude, and you were rude. An entire hour before close is unacceptable.

Great first time visit to this location, good southern hospitality was practiced here, and that's what I appreciated being from another state and passing through. I tried the buffet and it was fresh seasoned food all around!! Even the desserts were piping good!! Friendly staff that explained when the chicken would be ready and announced it. I would recommend check it out if you are ever in the area.👍🏾😉
