I was asked to wait for them to be ready to take my order at the drive thru, no problem. When placing my order the worker kept interrupting me. Ordered a 12 piece bucket meal and it only had 10 pieces. They didn’t provide a receipt and wouldn’t answer the phone. $40 for rude service, cold food and a shorted order.

Make sure u have plenty of time to spare, and definitely don't go on a lunch break! Waited in the drive through line for 15 mins for them to take the order of the person in front of me...They never did, so they drove off and so did I

The chicken wasn't kicken the flavor wasn't there,.the potatoes was cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock , but the staff was very busy bullshiting, just another bad experience at the chicken coop!!!!

Every time I come to this KFC on Lagrange road they make you wait for the food even if you come 5 minutes after they open. Never have chicken ready always wait on everything like what the heck do these people do. Update:. Went today 02/22/2022. I know right? Had to wait 12 minutes for the buffalo wings but son said it was worth it . Slowly improving.
