I had a bad problem at this location several months ago. I saw a sign saying under new management. Has anyone else had issues here in the past and if so have things actually improved?

Sarah, We eat there at least 3 times a week. Not ever had a issue. Plus I visit several of the other locations without any issues.

I haven't eaten there in a long time,the restaurant in fern creek is terrible, I ask for a refund and got it

With the exception of a time or 2, which eventually happens every where, I've never really had any major issues with them being slow

Yes, Sarah, this location is almost always slow. One night I waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes for some mild tenders. I would have just left but I had already paid. Right after the new mgmt sign went up this location was run very well. It has since gone back to being slow again.

Don't eat there much. Never noticed anything. Sorry
