My husband went here today for the first time. When he walked in, he was not greeted and the woman loked him up and down and stood there. He had to greet her and the first words she said was "how long you want?" And then the price. She wanted him to pay first. He told her no thank you and left. Language and cultural barriers do no excuse horrible customer service.

I was pleasantly suprised at the quality of the massage at Sun Li. The masseuse asked me many times how I was doing during the massage and made sure I was comfortable. Upper back, lower back, shoulders, and legs always need a medium to hard pressure massage and the workers at Sun Li always treat me like a king. Men and women, call this store and set up an appointment. You will enjoy every minute.

The massage itself was fabulous. They got me in same day, which was a plus. Here are the issues: The music overhead was not appropriate or relaxing. It sounded like Asian music but it was pop sounding as opposed to a relaxing melodic sound. In addition somebody was at the front desk obviously listening and watching a video. So that video music etc. could be heard in my room. None of the rooms have ceilings. You hear everything going on everywhere. There appeared to be two other female workers there that day. They were holding conversations Loudly. When a new client came in and had to go back out to the car it was quite obvious, that one of the females made fun of him. The gentleman who worked on me was very good and quiet and polite. If not for those other issues, I would go back. He would be worth it. However, there are other places to go where I can relax more

My husband and I had our couple's massage here. It was the worse massage ever! Our masseuse were loudly chatting across our rooms while doing our massage and the massage was awful. We walked out 25mins later, and guess what? they demanded their tips as we headed the door! after paying for an hour massage.. Also, if you're a female wanting a good and relaxing day, don't waste your time here..they seem to do well with men.
