A could friends and I went to a concert there. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The drink prices were pretty high but considering the things they put up with, I can't blame them. Also, aren't all prices going up everywhere?? So the prices for drinks aren't really a negative. All around great experience.

Entertainment was amazing! Sound quality was ok. Most of the seating in the venue were metal-topped bar stools, which were very uncomfortable for a three hour concert. If you go to an open-seating show at Delmar Hall, go as soon as the doors open so you can get a comfortable seat.

Delmar Hall is a great place for shows! I do wish there were some food options at any of the venues but they do allow you to bring in outside food which is great! Definitely recommend, esp if you want a more intimate venue experience.

Intimate atmosphere and good sound. Usually there are a few tables and chairs, but I was just at the Japanese Breakfast concert and it was standing only. Nice bar area.

The public parking in 1 min by slow walk distance. Was here 3 times and always found a place. Look on map and imagine that you are stending at front of main enterance: turn 45 degrees left and make ~100 steps
Per website...6, show starts at 7
Usually doors are 1hour before show and the bars are open.
Oh heck yes. And the bartenders are super nice.
Check your tickets, they will say if it's general admission or not. However, this venue does have a section that is raised up right behind the "mosh pit" section that is a railed area for seated / handicapped. Talk to the staff, they're extremely helpful and should be able to accommodate you!
