It's all over the place three are some morning classes for young kids, but most are between 3-8. The classes are scheduled, so it's not "open to the public". You can register you child for classes on their website, then they come every week at the same time.
It varies based on what class, age group, how many times per week. Average is $50-60, just to give a rough idea
