I brought in my daughter’s and her fiancés cake server to have it engraved for the wedding reception. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Explained what I wanted and she was so helpful in explaining and showing me what the usual script etc was used. It was ready in a week and looks beautiful!!! I had an urn lid engraved prior to final assembly. I took the lid in and consulted with the staff who did an excellent job providing me the information i needed for placement and font size. The job was completed in a timely manner and looks good. I would recommend Frann Ann for professional results at a fair price.
