We drove our truck there to be diagnosed. They called us with an outrageous estimate. We declined the repairs and said we were coming to get the truck. We were charged a $250 dollar diagnostic fee which is fine but when we came to get the truck it was no longer drivable. We had to have it towed away. Seems a little fishy that after declining to have them perform the repairs the truck was all the sudden no longer operational. Also they never said anything to us about it no longer being operational so we waisted 2 hours of 2 peoples time going to pick the truck up.

Jesse Reynolds was hands the best salesman we have have ever dealt with by far!! He went above and beyond to get out van ready before we left for the beach. Kelly the mechanic even stayed late on a Friday just to complete a repair! Much thanks to both of you!

This is by far the worst truck purchase we have made in the 17 years we have been in business. I bought the truck in January of 2020 and they agreed to have the bed swapped for another new bed which I paid for. I bought it unseen after about 30 pictures were sent to me and many phone conversations took place. I don't normally like to by things over the phone but there weren't many trucks available that fit our search so I had to look out of state. I was told by chad (the owner's son) there were no leaks and very little rust. We finally got the truck in April when they delivered it. As the driver pulled up we could see oil dripping from the rear differential and rear left wheel. The pinion seal and wheel hub were bad. It also had some electrical issues. After looking at it more, we pulled a coffee can full of rust flakes from the frame. They had painted over it before pictures were taken which is why we couldn't see it in the pictures. Piedmont agreed to pay for pre-existing problems before we took posession, however the truck also kept throwing codes having to do with the def system and electrical. We would take it to the mechanic and it would seem fine after a 2nd regen. Then a month later it wouldn't regen properly. The box was rusted out which was obviously a pre-existing condition. $17,000 later we could drive the truck again. Piedmont refused to take or return my calls about this problem and many other pre-existing problems consisting of improper wiring, rusted shocks, etc. I was at least wanting to get the parts for cost which I had told them in a message since they obviously had no intentions of paying for the repairs. I still have not talked to anyone. The truck is again sitting in our yard broke down and we have spent about $40,000 on repairs in the past year. I am not going to say Chad was lying to me when I was asking questions about the truck before the original purchase but what he was telling me was not remotely close to the truth. I will assume he knew just knew nothing about the truck. Long story short, you can buy trucks over the phone from some companies but this is not one of them. We learned our lesson and bought a new truck from a local dealer and are spending far less money even with the high payment.

Just came by this place hoping we may get lucky and find a compressor for the AC and let me just say that I am very impressed! The price, not to mention that it was actually IN STOCK, is lowerthan the freightliner store. He has a machine shop, paint shop, awesome place! Thank you!!!
