My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Flow Mazda! Chad was so helpful, he was the first to reach out about our inquiry online, he helped make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and he stayed in touch with me weekly while we waited for our CX-50 to arrive. When it got there both him, and Tyler the sales manager texted me pictures of it coming off the truck, this was after their business hours too! When we arrived to pick it up John was also amazing and did a great job of showing us all the features and going over everything about the car with us. Tanner then walked us through all the paperwork, he thoroughly explained everything available to us, and wasn’t pushy about any of the add ons, he was wonderful to work with. There’s a great team at this location, if you are looking for a new car definitely go see them!

Had a great experience! Recently moved from out of state with a lease ending soon. Spoke with Chad over the phone and he let me know when new inventory would be in. I was treated very well! Very nice staff between him, Tonya (my sales rep) and the finance manager. Will be back for another Mazda in 3 years!

I went to this dealership on 11 FEB,2022 to have my vehicle looked at due to a p1260 that was preventing me from even starting my car. I was nervous as people tend to have a reservation about dealerships when they need a service done. However, the ENTIRE STAFF at this establishment was so helpful, friendly, informative, and concerned for not only my well being, but my wallet. The service advisor, Ashley, was so friendly, kind, and kept me up to date on what was happening while my car was being looked at by the technician. They communicated back and forth with each other and then with me so that they did not move to fast beyond what I could financially afford. When I first arrived she checked for any recalls that may have not been done on my car, and got those put in right away ! Once the main problem I had was addressed the technician performed an inspection on the rest of the vehicle and I was advised on what should be replaced in the next XXmiles. The technician, Sandra, was friendly and did not mind speaking with me and answering some questions I had pertaining to my main issue with the car. She was was extremely knowledgeable about the situation that I had, and where she thought the problem could be, but it would have required more time diagnosing by removing the dash and testing individual modules. While she was perfectly prepared to continue to look into the problem, she was concerned about my wait time and finances. Seeing as the vehicle would start and run without further issue, informing me I could plan to come back at a later date when I was better prepared and she would be perfectly fine with looking further into the problem. All around I was extremely, overly impressed with my visit! The establishment was clean, all staff friendly, helpful, genuine in looking out for the customer, knowledgeable in their jobs. I would and will be returning to this dealership.

These are wonderful people , they really want to Please. I test drove a 2019 CX3, CX5, and a Mazda 6. OMG I'm in Love !! It's such a smooth ride 2.5 engine. They have special incentives tell them Vermelle sent you. They don't have a separate area to comment on the Service Dept, but they are pretty awesome as well they get you in and out as soon as they can. I got a loaner car this time as soon as I finished my shopping they were done as well in a hours time. They all are great here at Mazda .

Yes you can. We can simply cut you a check for the difference or apply any negative balance to the next vehicle in most cases. Lastly, if you owe more than the purchase price we offer, but do not want to make a purchase, you can place that amount down owed in addition and walk away without a car purchase.

I doubt it, only the 2019 Miata has backup camera. There are after market ones available at best buy, but they either use a phone or display mounted on the rearview mirror.
I haven't had a problem with flow always good service might be the battery in the remote !
