From 2013 to present day, not only car purchases but car rentals have been nothing but phenomenal with Jay Hilton. Yes I said rentals, Jay has been my trusted car advisor and salesman since his days at Hertz rental. To tell you how devoted he his to his customers, Jay has took care of my purchases while being overseas and me living in other states...no I do not live in nor near North Carolina but I make it my business to come when I am ready for a new vehicle. The process has never took more than 1.5 hours. Majority of the work he takes care of online so my process coming in is easy and I am out the door. Best buying experience I’ve ever had, I’ve purchased many different trucks in the past and have never had such a easy and good experience, thanks to Randy walker i was able to purchase a truck from about 750mi away. From start to finish everything was great from sending pictures and Answering all my questions in the beginning to getting everything worked out with trade, finance and shipping. can’t find a better buying experience or people to buy from anywhere, buying from Randy at Impex was easier and a much better experience than any dealer near me in Mass, feeling more comfortable buying a truck from a dealer 750miles away says it all, wouldn’t think twice about buying from them again.

I agree. They were no pushy with me at all. I knew what car I wanted and they pointed me to it and let me go over it all the way. Modern, Vann York, and all the others only wanted me to buy new and spend more money. Great people there. Still loving my 2016 Chevrolet Sonic hatchback LT.

They don't do their own financing but they will try to find someone to finance you
