I was in town for my daughter's sporting event and as we were leaving a restaurant our 2019 Volkswagon Passat wouldn't start. Full of dread, I called the local dealer that was less than a mile away. Donovan the VW service manager picked up and offered to send someone over to check it out. 5 minutes later Donovan himself shows up, determines its a bad battery, jumps the car. I proceed to the dealer where I was promptly taken care of and the car was tested; battery was replaced and I was on my way. What a class act and high service level. Highly recommend!

I drove an hour from Durham with every intention of purchasing a incoming vehicle that day. I’ve sold BMWs for 15 years and believe it or not hate buying vehicles because my expectations from the service that I provided from my customers over the years is very high. The sales person that greeted me (Louis Haiti) was very bland and showed no excitement about selling me a vehicle. When presenting me with numbers they started at sticker price plus $2600 of accessories that I did not want. They took off one of the accessories but gave no discount. Not even to give a $500 discount to earn my business. Then when it came down to talking to the manager (Joe Ripolino) the sales person went to get him to come and talk with me before I left. The sales person came back alone and asked me to follow him. I proceeded to follow him and he brought me into the manager‘s office to speak. The manager didn’t even have the courtesy or respect for his customer to come over to the sales person‘s desk to speak with me. This is not the way you sell cars and this is not the way you treat customers.

Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro is AWESOME, in every department! I have been bringing my Volkswagens to Flow for service since 2019. Donovan in Service provides amazing customer service which gave me confidence to start my search at Flow. So, when I decided to buy an Atlas Cross Sport, Flow what’s my first and last stop. I dread car shopping, but Dale in Sales made the experience very pleasant and didn’t pressure us. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering my questions and helping with my trade quotes. He made the Sales experience very pleasant. Once I found the car I wanted, he brought the sales manager, Chris in. I was shocked to say it, but her gave me a very fair offer right off the bat, which gave me even more confidence in Flow. I didn’t make it easy on him since I wanted a very popular color, pure gray. It took him a little while to find one, but he did, in Ohio. The car finally arrived and it was amazing, exactly what we wanted. But, the great service didn’t stop there. Betty in the Finance was such a pleasure to work with, she completed the finance process with great customer service, giving my wife and I such confidence in Flow and our purchase. Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service. It doesn’t know unnoticed or unappreciated.

In many cases, there is remaining factory warranty balances on our pre-owned inventory. Ask us or see our dealership for a specific answer based on a vehicle in-stock. We have access to the “In Service” date that kicks off a warranty timeline and can also give you great detail on additional coverages that we offer and back.

Yes! Much of our business is from great distances due to great pricing and inventory and we are very good at distance deals, helping customers with shipping etc.
We welcome walk in business, however, setting an appointment is always recommended so that you have a dedicated staff member to help you out and speed up your wait times with the vehicle prepared for viewing and driving.
Yes you can. We can simply cut you a check for the difference or apply any negative balance to the next vehicle in most cases. Lastly, if you owe more than the purchase price we offer, but do not want to make a purchase, you can place that amount down owed in addition and walk away without a car purchase.
